Refund policy

 

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We start processing your order very soon after you submit it, so if you notice a mistake in your order, email us right away at hello@geotoys.com and we'll attempt to modify or cancel the order. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

If you buy our products at Geotoys.com, we accept online returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be received undamaged, in unused condition, and in their original packaging.

To make a return, email us at hello@geotoys.com. We'll let you know how to return the item. After receipt of your item, we process returns within 7 working days.

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The appearance of the credit to your card or bank may take longer depending on your financial institution.

If you need to exchange a purchase for the same item, send us an email at hello@geotoys.com with a photo of the damaged item, and we'll get to work on sending you a replacement. 

 

MISSING A PIECE?

Missing a piece in one of our puzzles or games? Email us hello@geotoys.com and we'll be happy to send you a replacement piece.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you received approval for a refund haven’t received the refund in your account, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
